Few books are worth reading every word, but Ann Coulter's fifth best-seller is definitely one of the few. With a remarkable breath of knowledge and most delightful wit, she exposes the deceit and hypocrisy of liberalism. She shows that even though liberals despise religion, Because Ann Coulter bolsters her arguments with so much wit per paragraph, the reader feels compelled to savor every word. On radical environmentalism, she points out how they try to abolish one of mankind's best inventions, the flush toilet, allegedly to save water. Coulter shows that the liberals always describe the death penalty as 'racist,' regardless of the facts. She shows how the liberals treat Roe v. Wade as holy writ, and Alger Hiss and other Communists as martyrs. Coulter asserts that the public schools serve as churches for the liberals, where they inculcate students with liberal doctrines. If you ever thought evolution was tiresome, complicated, or an obsolete controversy worthy of notice only in Hollywood's propaganda movies, Ann Coulter's Godless will give you a new perspective. She demonstrates that evolution is a cult religion, and its priests and practitioners regularly treat any critics as religious heretics. The Darwinists' answer to every challenge is to accuse their opponents of, horrors, a fundamentalist belief in God, and probably for good measure, also in a flat Earth. Ann Coulter shows that Darwinists have not produced a single observable example of one species evolving into another by the Darwinian mechanism of variation and selection. All they have is a story that demands fanatical faith in their Church of Liberalism. Coulter tells about the many "peer-reviewed" frauds, the faked drawings, fossils and moths, that have deceived generations for many decades. When Darwinists can't deny the frauds, or are confronted by things they can't explain, they simply reiterate that these must have been caused by random chance, not intelligence, or else it's not science. Ann Coulter doesn't merely show that the liberals and the Darwinists are wrong in logic and facts; in her inimitable style, she shows the absurdity of their doctrines, and that their claimed infallibility is simply the measure of the fact that they can't formulate a coherent counter argument. She shows that the liberals' devotion to Darwinism has nothing to do with respect for science and everything to do with their determination to make us an atheist country. Those who like Coulter's unapologetically brash style will find her new book full of fresh meat to sink their teeth into. It's no wonder that Godless spent many weeks on the New York Times best-seller list. (Crown Forum, New York, 2006, 310 pp., $27.95) |
they have created a religion of their own that is more ridiculous than any the faiths they denigrate, complete with churches, clergy, sacraments, martyrs, and claims of infallibility. She successively puts down the liberals' devotion to criminals, abortion, public schools, radical environmentalism, and Darwinism.
